The lady i spoke to was very professional and was a joy to speak to. I felt she actually cared about resolving the issue ive had with my thumb. Ive regretfully forgotten her name but she was great and has certainly helped me which I very much appreciate.

I do not know because although the staff make me feel safe, most patients scare me and cause anxiety.
